Dinner with New Zealand’s Churton Winery
On Tuesday, 15th October, we are delighted to welcome Ben Weaver, Vineyard and Winery Production Manager at Churton Winery, to our upstairs neighbourhood restaurant.
With nearly 30 years of expertise, Ben’s family has been managing Churton, which is nestled on an east-facing hillside in Marlborough, New Zealand. Churton’s 22-hectare vineyards are home to Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and Petit Manseng, all cultivated under a strict commitment to biodynamic viticulture. Their wines are crafted through a slow natural fermentation process, resulting in truly distinctive and exceptional bottles.
